Saturday, June 6th, event begins at 5:30pm.
This lively evening features family‑style dining, seasonal flavors, and the opportunity to mingle with celebrated Chef Richard Blais, whose culinary vision shapes the Kestrel dining experience. Guests will enjoy a delicious lineup including deviled eggs, house‑made caramelized onion dip with potato chips, buttermilk fried chicken, and classic sides like potato salad and grilled vegetables. Seasonal desserts such as summer crisp and pie provide a sweet finish.
Chef Blais will be on site throughout the event for meet‑and‑greets, photos, and book signings, with copies of his cookbook available for purchase.
